The primary obstacle involved developing a case with a custom frame that satisfied strength requirements within a short timeline, 4 weeks.
The Solution
Impact Cases engineered a steel rack frame equipped with 32 elastomer shock isolators to handle the 500 to 800 lbs load capacity. The design incorporated oversized wheels to enable movement of the fully loaded case.
