Our case shells are among the strongest in the industry. Many clients need a customized shell for a specific payload, and we have the expertise to make those modifications while maintaining structural integrity, concepts ranging from convertible workstations to removable brackets, without tooling requirements. We don't subcontract modifications; our in-house engineering team and technical sales specialists work with you to determine your needs and develop the right design.
For extreme heat conditions, case shells can incorporate ventilation hole patterns, louvres, or air conditioning units. Options include climate control forced air systems or closed loop A/C systems.
Custom identification plates, stencilling, silk screening, and various colours and finishes are available, though surcharges or minimum quantities may apply.
Cases can be modified to accommodate various plugs and jacks, including power connectors, connector jacks, or MIL-STD connectors. Connector panels can be punched, hinged for internal cabling access, or recessed with removable cover plates.
