FI-01

Foam Blocks

Foam blocks are manually cut and strategically placed within the case to support the component(s). This interior design is best suited to support and protect 1 to 2 components of similar size.

  • Method Manual cut & placement
  • Components 1 to 2 similarly-sized items
  • Best For Simple, robust protection with fast turnaround
Foam lining interior technique
FI-02

Foam Lining

The case is fully lined with 0.5 in. or thicker foam for general-purpose applications requiring overall interior cushioning and impact absorption.

  • Method Sheet foam bonded to interior walls
  • Thickness 0.5 in. minimum
  • Best For General-purpose protection and vibration damping
Foam lining plus blocks interior technique

Foam Lining + Blocks

A combined lining and block approach, full interior lining with additional cut blocks for components with protruding elements. Accommodates up to 3 components in a single case.

Foam Layers

Loose layers of polyurethane ester or polyethylene foam that the end-user can reconfigure in the field. Ideal for evolving payload configurations and multi-use deployments.
