High Strength Aluminum Case Shell

ConQuest single lid case shells are manufactured from 5052-H32 aluminum, one of the strongest formable aluminum alloys. ConQuest single lid cases are available in three performance grades:

  • Standard Duty: 0.063 in. (1.60 mm) aluminum shell
  • Medium Duty: 0.090 in. (2.29 mm) aluminum shell
  • Super Duty: 0.125 in. (3.18 mm) aluminum shell

High Strength Case Hardware

ConQuest Cases™ are supplied with premium grade high strength, recessed zinc plated hardware or 300 series black surface hardware.

Riveted Construction

Forklift Provisions

Larger Conquest cases may be fitted with aluminum forklift provisions for use with pump trucks and forklifts. Machined HDPE skid pads are installed on the bottom of the rails.

Lid Configurations

ConQuest single lid cases are available in 2 configurations
  • Hinged Lid Standard for smaller cases.
  • Removable Lid Typically reserved for larger cases or cases where the lid depth exceeds 3 inches.

Powder Coat Finishes

ConQuest single lid cases can be supplied with powder coated case shells. Standard textured powder coat colours include: Black (BK), Blue (BL), Graphite (GT), Green (GR) and Red (RD). Custom colours and textures are available (surcharge may be applicable).
